Meet Toni

Your Yogini Genie and beyond…

Toni became interested in the mind-body connection whilst training to be an actor. She has worked as a Special Educational Needs teacher with a wide variety of people. She is trained in Counselling Level 3, Hypnotherapy & Solution Focused Psychotherapy, Hatha Yoga, Thai massage, Indian massage and Reflexology.

For two years, Toni ran the only yoga studio in Laos (Southeast Asia), where she also developed an English curriculum for medical specialists. She is committed to facilitating positive change, self-expression, and clear communication.

Toni & Yoga

Toni practiced various styles of yoga for several years before becoming a teacher herself. She gained her 200 hour RYS certificate in 2009 through Yoga Haven and ran a busy yoga studio for two years in Laos, Southeast Asia. She has thousands of hours teaching experience and has taught hundreds of students from all over the world of all ages and abilities.

Toni & Hypnotherapy

Toni gained an NFCE Level 3 certificate in Counselling through Brighton City College in 2008. In the same year she qualified as a Hypnotherapist & Solution Focused Psychotherapist through Uncommon Knowledge which, at the time still ran a “live” course at Sussex University campus. Toni has attended many additional career development workshops, in subject such as autism, cognitive behavioural therapy, and creative writing for therapeutic purposes.

Toni trained at the Thai Massage Training Centre in Bangkok, February 2013. The course is accredited by The Thailand Ministry of Education.

Toni & Ayurveda

In March 2013 Toni trained at Ayuskama Ayurveda Institue in Dharamshala, Northern India (the residence of H.H. Dalai Lama)
